Smart Portfolio Recommendations

We all need a little help sometimes, and making investment decisions is no exception.

Nest Wealth at Work makes it easy by offering employees a recommended portfolio based on their estimated retirement date and risk appetite, as determined during a quick enrolment quiz.

The Nest Wealth at Work smart portfolio recommendations are composed primarily of Vanguard Target Date funds. Each of the Target Retirement Funds invests in Vanguard’s broadest index funds, giving employees access to thousands of U.S. and international stocks and bonds. Each target date fund’s composition is automatically shifted to fewer stocks and more bonds to focus on growth when the investor is young, and become more conservative when the employee nears retirement.

Custom
Portfolios

Employees can completely customize their investment portfolio by shopping our suite of Vanguard funds.

A diverse set of funds is offered across asset classes:

  • • Canadian Equities
  • • US Equities
  • • Global Equities
  • • International Equities
  • • Canadian Bonds
  • • International Bonds
  • • Money Market

Automated Rebalancing

Creating your customized portfolio is only the starting point of a successful investment strategy.

Each employee’s portfolio allocation is established during employee enrollment based on their target retirement date and risk tolerance (or the custom portfolio they have crafted)

As the market moves up and down, it is possible that the portfolio allocation drifts from the employee’s original desired mix

When a contribution is made from the employee’s paycheque, market moves are taken into account and we purchase the correct funds to automatically bring their portfolio back into balance

With a few simple clicks, you can open Canada’s best group RRSP.

Nest Wealth at Work is changing the country one business at a time by being the first in Canada to offer employers a seamless way to establish a company group plan at no cost.
